½ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
4½ tbs. honey
6 large garlic cloves, minced
3 tbs. fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tbs. dried)
1½ tbs. coarsely ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons salt
2-2½ lbs. flank steak
Mix all ingredients (excluding steak) into 13×9 baking dish. Add steak and turn several times to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours for two hours, flip occasionally.
Heat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade and grill steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove steak from grill and let stand 5-10 minutes. Cut into thin strips and serve!
